1.) Fasten the transport handle to the machine head using the supplied screws.
2.) Insert the guide pins of the adjustable workpiece supports into the mounting holes on the machine housing.
3.) Tighten the fastening screw at the guide pins in order to secure the workpiece supports against falling out.
4.) To adjust the turntable, loosen the locking screw by approx. 2 turns, which frees the turntable.
5.) Turn the turntable and scale pointer to the desired angular setting on the dial and lock into place with the locking screw.
- The saw has locking positions at the following angles: -45°, -40°, -35°, -30°, -22.5°, -15°, -10°, -5°, 0°, 5°, 10°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 35°, 40° and 45°.
To release the saw from its position at the bottom:
1.) Pull the retaining pin out of the motor mounting while pressing down lightly on the machine head. Turn the fastening bolt through 90° before releasing it, so that the saw remains unlocked.
2.) Swing up the machine head.
3.) The clamping device can be fitted on the left or right of the fixed saw table.
4.) Always fasten the clamping device with the locking screw.
5.) For the horizontal clamping of workpieces you can anchor the clamping device in the holder
To move out the workpiece supports:
1.) Press the lever on the bottom side of the workpiece support.
2.) Pull the workpiece support outwards to the right or left.
For repeat cuts of identical length you can unfold the longitudinal stop.
When the locking grip is undone, you can tilt the machine head to the left by up to 45°.
